Your Complete Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by olympus88 to a player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction permits online gaming activity.

To register an Account with olympus88 and access the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

olympus88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification. olympus88 will never require you to share your account password as part of any verification process.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your olympus88 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your olympus88 Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, even if you are present while they do so.
• Any action taken on the olympus88 Platform using your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to olympus88 support.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact olympus88 support immediately via WhatsApp or Live Chat to request an emergency Account freeze.
• olympus88 will never ask for your password through any support channel, including WhatsApp, Live Chat, Telegram, or email. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• olympus88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This sends a one-time PIN to your registered Pakistan mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device.

olympus88 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all connections to the Platform. However, olympus88 cannot be held liable for security breaches resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your use of public or unsecured networks to access your Account.

All financial transactions on the olympus88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at olympus88 is 500 PKR. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts; VIP tier players may negotiate elevated limits with their dedicated account manager.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer (HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 and BEP20 networks).
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your olympus88 Account balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• olympus88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used for deposits must match the name registered on your olympus88 Account.
• Any deposits found to originate from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the Account will be suspended for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests from olympus88 Accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• olympus88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• olympus88 does not charge a fee on any withdrawal method. Third-party transaction fees levied by payment providers are outside olympus88's control.
• olympus88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above 100,000 PKR or from Accounts that have not previously completed a full verification check.
• Any PKR balance associated with unresolved bonus wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable requirements are fully satisfied.

olympus88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all olympus88 bonuses unless superseded by specific offer terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses issued under the olympus88 VIP loyalty programme are subject to the specific terms of that programme as published in the player's Account dashboard.

All games available on the olympus88 Platform operate under the following conditions:

• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage over olympus88 or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including at live casino tables.
• Using the olympus88 Platform for any form of money laundering or to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account after playing on olympus88. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account closure and legal recovery proceedings for the full amount.

All content on the olympus88 Platform — including but not limited to the olympus88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of olympus88 or its licensed content partners.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the olympus88 Platform without express written permission from olympus88.
• Individual game content, mechanics, and assets displayed on olympus88 remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and are licensed to olympus88 for display on the Platform.

olympus88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion tools described in Section 9.

Where an Account is closed by olympus88 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining PKR balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed legitimately by the player, any eligible PKR balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's primary withdrawal method within 5 business days.

• The actions or omissions of third-party game studios whose content is accessible via the olympus88 Platform under license.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit olympus88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

olympus88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedures apply to all amendments:
